Pros: It’s exactly as advertised. We were using a series of un-integrated systems across our project management, inventory, purchase order and QMS systems. As expected, things weren’t getting done on time and records were not kept to the level that we needed. Having everything combined into one system with real time data has made a dramatic impact on overall shop performance. Employees on the shopfloor are well versed in the various modules available and minimal training was required to get them up and running. The fact that everything is web based makes everything simple to use and pushes information around the shop immediately.

Cons: No cons to the software. Our limiting factor has been that there are so many good features and we haven’t used them all yet. We’re excited to link in the tooling module and part set-up features as our next step!
