Referral Program Overview

Members (“Members”) can refer potential new customers (“Contacts”) to ProShop ERP by submitting a completed referral form, or by sharing a link via email, social media, text, or any other manner which contains the same form which can be filled by a potential new customer. Our team will get in touch with the Contact, and if they become a new customer or “Qualified Referral” (see below), the referring Member will earn a Referral Reward.

Who Can Participate?

This Program is open to ProShop ERP’s current customers. Participation may be limited or restricted based on applicable local laws.

Qualified Referral Criteria

A Contact will be considered a Qualified Referral if they:
Purchase at least one user license of ProShop ERP.
Complete their license purchase within six months of the referral submission.
Have never been a customer of ProShop ERP.
Are not currently engaged in an active sales process with ProShop ERP.
Have not been referred previously through any ProShop ERP referral.

Qualified Referral Eligibility

ProShop ERP will determine the eligibility of a Qualified Referral. While we reserve the right to adjust the criteria, referrals submitted prior to changes will be honored under the terms effective at the time of submission.

Referral Reward For Members

Earn $1,000 USD for every Qualified Referral! There’s no limit to how many rewards you can earn. Members are typically notified within 60 days of a Contact becoming a Qualified Referral.
To receive payment, Members must submit a valid W-9 form. Please note that referral rewards may be subject to taxation. Members are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

Program Modification or Discontinuation

ProShop ERP may end or modify the Program at any time without prior notice. Referrals submitted before termination that later qualify will still be eligible for rewards under the terms at the time of referral.

Miscellaneous Terms

This Program does not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and ProShop ERP.
Members may not assign their referral rights to another party.
ProShop ERP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this Program.
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Washington State, with venue in the appropriate courts located therein.

Confidentiality Agreement

Members may receive confidential information related to ProShop ERP, Contacts, or the Program. Members agree to treat this information with the same level of care as they do their own confidential information and not disclose it unless required to fulfill the Program obligations.By joining the Program, you agree to indemnify and hold ProShop ERP harmless against any claims related to your participation.
