we are a build to print machine shop

doing prototype through production work

of small handheld siiz Parts with high

feature

counts so before we were using a

homegrown Excel based Erp with manual

papers and checklists and we chose Pro

Shop after months and months of research

because Pro Shop was made by machinist

for Machinist we had a Prett extensive

research process we actually looked at

five different systems ultimately Pro

Shop came out on

top I was pretty comfortable with the

system in I would say 4 to 6 weeks and

what really helped that Comfort level

was the fact that you don’t need to know

how to use 100% of Pro Shop to start

using Pro Shop Pro Shop gives us better

visibility of whether we’re going to

meet our customers deadline and that’s

really helped us be able to better plan

whether that be equipment capacity but

also how’re utilizing our people on the

floor and their programming

time everything is more streamlined as

far as finding what you’re looking for

material certifications tools due dates

material quantities you don’t have to

look around for stuff everything is now

in the same place in Pro shab everything

is so easily attainable now for our

machinists all in one spot instead of

having to dig through different Shar

Drive folders and that really enabled us

to be Pro Shop Champions to then go and

roll it out to the rest of our company

with Pro Shop what we’ve noticed is

we’re able to quote more jobs with

quicker turnaround times and we can be

confident that the jobs are not going to

get lost and we won’t have upset

customers who are getting late parts or

maybe parts that are not correct we’ve

had great interaction with the Pro Shop

team in their product they have been

instrumental in answering questions

they’ve always been approachable and

have been just very easy to work with

and that’s enabled us to really on board

with their system and continue to add

value to our company Pro Shop has become

one of our largest sales tools we trust

the Pro Shop product in the Pro Shop

team I definitely would recommend Pro

Shop to other shops it definitely gives

us a competitive advantage and I think

other shops would benefit from having
