Job Shops Can’t Do Everything, and That’s OK

ProShop was mentioned in a Modern Machine Shop news article about the importance of why Manda Machine decided to narrow down its jobs and customers to improve their front office and shop floor.

Manda Machine is a Texas based machine shop currently led by third-party generation owners, Andy and Todd Ellard. The shop currently specializes in work for aerospace and defense, oil and gas, medical, packaging and power generation. However, things weren’t always as defined as this.

With its recent investment that includes a seven-axis hexagon laser scanner, and a full time employee to manage quality – they are now able to focus on getting their AS9100 and CMMC certifications to grow its aerospace and defense departments. This has also included implementing ProShop ERP to maintain business.
