when I came to mosies after talking with

some of the other leadership here it was

very obvious we needed to invest in

software and some other things to keep

us at the front edge proot takes care of

not only scheduling

inventory um Quality but a lot of the

other aspects that are encompassed by as

certification like training constant

process Improvement we found Pro Shop to

have a holistic approach to managing uh

manufacturing facility Bros shop

replaced five systems with the end

result being

two the time savings we’re having with

Pro Shop is big for me it’s I would say

at least 30 to 40% off my normal time

you know everything is essentially

located now in one big Hub which is pro

shop now I can see everything by doing

that at least 40% of my time from

walking around or anything else has been

saved

anybody that’s in the system can see

exactly the condition of the Machine

easy to do the fact that Pro Shop keeps

the data alive and at the level that the

part is currently at is

indescribably beneficial especially for

us as that was a sore point for us

staying on track all the time constantly

playing catchup no

more 75% of my day was chasing other

paperwork chasing Parts it cut down a

lot of my running around time Pro Shops

offered us probably a 10-day lead time

reduction for order because of the

Automation and the ability to do

everything that you need to do on every

order at your computer what I hear from

the shop floor now that we’ve started

implementing Pro Shop and we’re fairly

fairly well into the process is what

took you so

long Pro Shop allows me to use the

resources at hand more independently um

without having to go grab other

employees it’s not a hard system to

learn the implementation experience was

was like dealing with somebody you’ve

known for years was

incredible it’s instantaneous you go to

your final operation you roll up all

your search your as9102 uh balloon print

certificate of conformance overall

Photoshop files it in the correct folder

labeled with the work order in the date

you can’t mess it up

I really enjoy using it because of the

ease of use the the the the the ease of

information that is there and available

to me

immediately Pro Shop is a peer not a

service I absolutely trust the Pro Shop

team they know what we do they know why

we do it if I had to recommend an Erp

system to any of my peers or competitors
